The MKH 418 S is a Sennheiser-exclusive RF condenser M-S stereo shotgun microphone. It is well suited for any sort of application in cinema, radio, television, and reporting, whether indoors and outdoors, thanks to its M-S format, small size, excellent clarity, and superb spatial representation. It has a high sensitivity, very low noise, high SNR, interference tube system (capsule) that increases directivity, universal use owing to M-S format, and mono compatibility.
